Kayak and canoe rentals are available on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday while the Cracker Shack is open. Full-Day Rentals can be made in advance for week days.

Within Lake Kissimmee State Park, and adjoining Rollin Meadows and Catfish Creek Preserve, there are many private fishing spots, including lakes on several ancient sand dunes on the Lake Wales Ridge. Access to fish these areas is by reservation only, and very limited admittance is available.
